every time i'm in the boutique i get this error message:
If you are getting this message, it is because
a) the Volusion Live Chat javascript has been modified from its original code.
(You must recopy the script from the SETTINGS screen of your live chat software, and repaste it to your website
Or
b) The Volusion Live Chat javascript is pasted more than once in this page.
(remove extra copy of this script on this page)
and it's not just once...it's every time i change the category or page. is it me?
help!

Hmmmmm. I wish one of you wonderful SISters would have given me a 'heads up' on this so we can get it fixed. I do not get that message using Firefox. Are all of you who are 'signed up' on this page using Internet Explorer?
In any case, I will check into this right away and get it fixed.

I just verified that the problem exists only in Microsoft's Internet Explorer (God Bless its little heart!). Just another reason that you should change to Mozilla Firefox and you can do so right here FREE and without obligation!
In the meantime I'm having the little techie fairies busy as bees working on the solution. I'll update this thread when it is fixed.

Are all of you who are 'signed up' on this page using Internet Explorer?
Yep! I am using IE!
I did sign up for Firefox once before and I still had problems. It just didn't work wonders for me!

Okay. Problem solved. I took Mr. IE out behind the shed and asked him if he wanted to go on an everlasting trip or whether he would like to start behaving himself. He thought for a minute and then said, "I'll take door #2 Mr. LG!" So, I gave him a couple of real good kicks and sent him back to annoy all of you who are using him!
Just for future reference...while we do monitor the website and I especially watch for QC threads, an email to 'support@ScrapInStyleTV.com' or "CustomerService@SIStvBoutique.com" will usually bring much faster results.

P.S. Tracinicole: Get back up on Firefox and give it another try. I'll telling you as a user of MS IE for 13 years and one who did NOT want to change: I finally gave it a try and I would NEVER, ever go back. Honest! Really! No kidding! Yahoo! and Amen!
