Is something missing on my box...
Janette dear I didn't got the scenic route grid papers on my box...
But don't worry,you don't need to send it now,maybe you can put inside the next collection box that I'm pretty sure I'll buy.
I just realized that yestreday when i saw a LO made with them...LOL

It's like notebook papers from school ya know?
Like Math grid and regular lines grid...
I don't think it meant to be,just a li'l mistake.
Totally understandeble(is this word exist or I just made it up?)LOL
Anyways i totaly understand,first time is always so much exitment,but rally for me is no big deal,no worries.

I hadn"t looked at my kit since I got it last week, but I am also missing these two pieces:
"Background White Blue Grid" by Scenic Route Paper Co.
"Background White Lines" by Scenic Route Paper Co.
and my plastic wrapper got stuck on the colored circles paper and pulled up the pattern (bummer) - so be careful with that ladies - don't they make those envelopes with the sticky part on bag and not on the flap?

Oh no, I'm also missing the 2 papers from scenic route! I didn't think about checking what was supposed to be in there, because I was just so happy with the wonderful Kelli Crowe papers. But it seems like I have everything else, I'm just missing those 2 papers.

I told Big SIS not to hire her 6 year old nephew as Quality Control manager! What in the world was that girl thinking? Probably not at all, right?
Well, not to worry SISters. Just write to our trusty customer service (that's support@scrapinstyletv.com) and let Gary know that you didn't receive the Scenic Route paper. He'll bang his head against the wall and then spin around to the Scenic Route paper bin and get it right out to you. In the meantime, I don't care what Big SIS says, I'm going into the QC room and firing that little tyke. Who does he think he is anyway, her nephew?
If all of this were a poem, it would go like this:
Color our faces red,
And our hearts blue.
But please don't despair,
'Cause Scenic Route paper
is on its way to YOU!

ARGH! I am so sorry you guys. I can't believe this happened. We had about 50 packs of patterned paper that were inadvertanly put together without the Scenic Route Paper. Well, I had thought that someone had added the paper to all of those bags of pp, but it sound like that didn't happen. I think it was my hubby Bob who was doing it...figures, huh? Anyway, just like SIS ADMIN said, please email support@scrapinstyletv.com and we will get that paper right out to you!
Thanks for your patience! I am just so embarassed by our blunders with our very first collection...I hope you'll all gie us another chance.

You do have the two straps right ? you just pull each of them out away from the bag at the top and it tightens it up - you will see the strap at teh top to close is on boths sides of the bag. hope this makes sense
