I also ordered the black, darn it! LOL I can't wait. I had my stuff shipped to my office and people are going to think I am CRAZY when it gets here. I am going to be SOOO SUPER excited!

i ordered the black too
but starting to think that i should
have gotten the brown so i could
have gotten my kit sooner

did you gals receive the kellie crowe stuff already
wasn't sure if it came in seperate box or not
but I haven't received anything yet

Patiently waiting cause I am sure it will be SUPER FAB when it arrives :D

oh guys i wish i could snap my fingers & get it to each of you in a blink....

but don't worry, i'm sure Big SIS is on it like white on rice to get her sisters their stuff...if i recall correctly i believe the second shipment of albums were due in @ now so you should be seeing some information shortly...

BLACK ALBUM UPDATE

I received a few emails from SISters with the same situation as all of you have outlined above. Please read my response below and accept my sincerest apology! I am so very sorry to have misunderstood and I do hope that you all will forgive me. Here's an email I sent out earlier today which hopefully will explain to each of you what happened. And, finally, please do forgive me for missing you wonderful SISters who have been so very patient. I have never, ever, worked for a group of more loving and deserving people than you wonderful SISters! Honestly!

Here's the email:

Hi Kathi,

I am so sorry and embarrassed. We ran out of albums and had to re-order.
And, as those kinds of things go, the black albums were on 'backorder'.
When that happened I thought that Jeanette (our Big SISter) had personally
emailed all of those affected. I later learned that she had only emailed a
few and had instructed me to 'take care of the rest'. I received several
emails from what I thought were most, if not all, of those affected and I
answered them right away. Unfortunately, I was not very thorough because
you obviously somehow slipped under my radar. The bottom line is this: the
black albums are due in tomorrow. We have everything all ready to go, so
just as soon as they arrive we will put them in the package and ship them
off. Depending on what time the albums arrive at our location, we will
either get them shipped on Thursday or first thing Friday.

Kathi, I feel terrible about this. You have waited so long and been so very
patient. I really wish I could do something besides give you a bunch of
words. I sincerely hope that you will forgive me and give us another chance
to make things right. In the meantime, here's the email you should have
gotten several days ago:

"Due to the tremendous response we've had with our Charter Premium
Membership/Kelli Crowe Designer Collection package, we ran out of albums.
Another shipment of brown and warm white albums arrived on Wednesday. The
black albums will be here in the next 5 or 6 days. You ordered the black
12x12 album so your package will ship just as soon as the black albums
arrive. If you would like to change your album color to brown or warm white
we can ship yours out immediately.

I know how anxious everyone is to receive this package and for good reason:
this package is truly fabulous!

I also know how disappointing it is to order something and then wait and
wait and wait and then get some customer service person to say, "Oh, yeah,
your order is floating around here somewhere and we're in hopes of getting
it out within our lifetime or yours." I've been there many times! But,
here's one thing for sure: You will not be disappointed when this package
finally arrives. And, our pledge to you is that we will be prepared in the
future for the tremendous response of all of our SISters. We are striving
to create the best scrapbooking website on the planet and with SISters like
you Kathi, I think we'll eventually get it done! Thank you for your
patience.

And, please forgive us and you have our promise that there will be better
days ahead.

Oh, and one more thing. If you're wondering about not getting the Kelli
Crowe Designer Collection because it sold out too, please don't worry. We
reserved one collection for each of our Charter Premium Members, so when you
receive your package it will be complete!

I spoke with Lawyer Gary's wife earlier today (sorry, girls he's taken) and the albums have ARRIVED!!!! They are probably on their way to the DHL office as we speak. Start looking for emails soon...YAY!

Thanks again for your tremendous patience! Lawyer Gary has threatened me within an inch of my life to make sure that we NEVER run out of albums or anything else for that matter, again! :)

I was SO excited when I got a personal email from Gary telling me my tracking number, etc. I checekd and it said that my shipment had been dropped by DHL to the USPS Monday at 2:22pm........then this morning, I went to check my mail......NOTHING! :( I thought DHL was bringing it to me??? Now it's in the USPS......ten minutes away.....I WANT THIS STUFF BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Kristin,

I was so disappointed when I read your post this morning that you still have not received your package. Dang nabbit, rabbit!!! (And other expletives that my faith just won't let me express aloud!) What is wrong with these people! When I saw that it had landed at the Post Office yesterday at 2:22pm, I was sure they would deliver it today. What a bum, bum, bummer!

Also, I need to explain how DHL@Home works. It's a little different from any other kind of delivery service because it is an alliance between DHL and the US Post Office. DHL is the carrier and they are our vendor. All of our dealings are with them. We use their software, their labels, and they pick up the packages from us. They then scan them all in and ship them two day air to the addressee's nearest Post Office. When they arrive at the addressee's nearest Post Office, the mailman then delivers them to your door. Here's how the delivery times fair according to DHL: 15% of the packages are delivered the same day they arrive at the Post Office. 80% are delivered the day after they arrive at the Post Office. The remaining 5% (supposedly we are now talking about the most remote areas) are delivered the second day after they arrive at the Post Office. So, delivery times are between 2 and 4 days anywhere in the continental United States, with a few exceptions: There are some very remote areas where DHL@Home service does not extend. APOs are also not available for this service. And, finally, Bulk Mail Center zip codes are also not available. I'm not sure of the percentages involved but my guess is that DHL@Home service extends to about 97% of the continental US. The exceptions mentioned above consist of the other 3%.

If your package does not arrive within the 4 days outlined above, I believe that we can obtain a refund of the shipping cost from DHL (what they call a 'service failure'). If you should have any further questions about DHL@Home service please contact me at the email address shown below. There are two 'speeds' of DHL@Home service: 'Deferred' and 'Standard'. We use the upgraded 'Standard' service which is explained above. (BTW, the 'Deferred' service takes between '2 - 7 days' for delivery)

My honey just stopped at home for lunch.........I got my package not sure why it was shipped there and not to my office, but I don't so much care! I GOT IT! Now, I think I may skip my errands and go straight home!
