I'm a premium member, but when I go to the boutique, it doesn't give me the premium member prices when I put an item in my cart. Yes, I am logged in, yet it still shows me the full price and marks it like that in the cart. How am I supposed to get my discount?

I guess I don't know, I haven't really ordered anything from the new boutique except for the SIS-iversary thing and I got my discount on that.

You need to email Gary Sullivan-- he'll fix it right up because he is just that terrific!! Same thing happened to me & it's bc they are still converting to the new system...so don't worry, it'll get fixed!

This email is the first and only one that I have received from you so when you say that you have 'emailed (me)' I am sorry but I've not received that email.

As far as the Message Board, Kathy, that is not the primary vehicle for soliciting Customer Service. You can either email us or create a ticket on the SIStv Boutique website to insure faster service. We usually are very good about responding quickly, depending on prevailing circumstances. I view the MB only a couple of times throughout the work day and that will not generally invoke the fastest response.

excellent customer service!

I had the same problem and emailed him and he fixed me right up within minutes.
