So here's the challenge...recycle/repurpose something, your choice, it just has to look SIS fabulous. Turn a soup can into a pencil holder, a dollar store notebook into an address book, the possibilities are endless. Its a shrine/niche/wish box that's been prepped with a light coat of gesso. I've made five of these for my mom's kitchen. Its paintable and it opens up so you can decorate the inside window.
Edit:
I'm extending the due time to Tuesday, 6/30, 12:00 am CST. Gives ya all day and night Monday.

I've got a box that I salvaged from work that will be perfect for me to put my collection of greeting card in. Its really ugly so its getting a makeover so I can leave it out on my desk.

here's and example of a recycle and repurposed book i made from Martha's excellent class last year. I use this to help me remember blog site schedules/new prompt and due dates, atc swap info, scrappy sisters birthdays, etc.
