Well, at least at that age, they must know exactly what they're getting into, right? What I'm trying to say is that, hopefully, they haven't rushed in to getting married like so many much younger people do....

they haven't been dating long. They met through eharmony last year around november. but they are perfect together. And, he understands how busy her job is...she's in youth ministry, and he has some sort of a ministry degree. he doesn't use his anymore....he owns his own business.

When I was working (lo, these many years ago - like 1-1/2) my desk was in a VERY public place and every so often I'd try to sneak in a little personal computer time - that was right about when my boss would sneak up behind me...(not on purpose - it was just the layout). It never failed!

He didn't catch on tooo much, though, I don't think, because he wasn't very computer literate, so it was all greek to him!

What's up in Texas?

It's HOT! But it looks like it just might rain, but then again it might not and just make it hot AND humid outside. Even better, yuck.

I homeschooled my kids for quite a while, so I never really caught on to that glee..... but many of my friends did! ;)

Well my boss can't talk since she just booked her vacation to Italy while at work. But I try and get some work done while I'm at it. If you walk by my cube you can see my computer, but I make sure I'm sitting in front of the computer screen. I work with two screens so one screen always has work stuff on it.

IT'S RAINING!!

So that really works, huh? I think at that age, though, you are in a place where you really know what you want - for yourself, in a partner. I wish them all the best! Have they set a date?

a bunch of my married friends met through eharmony. if it didn't cost so much, i'd prolly try it.

they haven't set a date because they are trying to figure out how big it will be so they can check out a couple of venues.....

It's a good thing. It might bring some cooler weather with it, so you know it will only be in the high 90s instead of the 100's.

How much does it cost?

it depends on how you purchase it....

if you buy just one month, its 60 bucks....

if you get 3 months, it's 40 bucks a month, but they bill it all at once....

So now that there are a few of us here, why doesn't everyone share their best organization tip - or share your biggest organization challenge...

while we're chatting and drinking our coffee and sayin' "hi"...

Mine is trying to store "alike" things together so I don't have to look in 17 places for an item...

(and perhaps I buy too much. ahem.)

hm...my biggest organizational challenge is the more 'artsy' scrapbooking materials...
like, my catalog pages and random bits and pieces and found objects.

i also really struggle with how to organize my paint. it's just sitting in a shoebox on the floor right now and i hate it.

i keep all of my things in rubbermaid snap topper bins...the shoe box size. they're inexpensive, everything matches, and each box is assigned a certain thing.

my scrap area is in my dining room, so i have to stay neat and organized.
