Okay - You're going to an all day crop. The good news - You are going to a great LSS where you can probably find something to go with just any any theme you want and have cardstock of every color in the rainbow. You are cropping with your BFF so you will probably do more yacking than scrapping but........
The bad news - You have no clue what to bring and only have about an hour to pack.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What do you pack so that you dont look like a total loser????????
Yes, I know the usua: scissors, tape, glue, etc. But what do you do if you have NO GOOD PICTURES and nothing planned. You dont have room in the car for ALL your stuff (which is how you usually pack) because you're also going away for the weekend.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!
How do you pack light but pack so that you can have something to do all day.........
HELP ME OUT SISTERS BEFORE MY LITTLE BRAIN BLOWS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sigh........

I agree with Allison - you could make atcs, or art journal backgrounds. You could also make cards or wall hangings.
Bring a book of quotes if you have one. You can always make a good layout with a quote and no pics.
Do you have any SiStv collections? or other collections of scrappy stuff that goes together? I like to bring one collection to a crop and then make everything I can with that one collection.

i LOVE to go through my stash and make little mini "Kits" to take along....maybe do one in a beach theme (blues, oranges), one in a school theme, one for Holidays etc, one in a girly theme or boy theme, whatever you have.....i would put in each one:
7-10 patterned papers cardstock in different sizes 6-10 different ribbons 3 different alphas a little baggie with embellishments such as: brads, clips, a stamp, ink pad, chipboard etc).... hope that helps! have FUN! tara

What ever it is bring something that you can work on while talking. I never get anything done at crops so I'll usually bring some type of mini album I'm working on. That way I already know what products I'm using so I can just put all of that in a bag and go.

I've never been to a crop either, but I do love the idea of making some layouts in which you can add pictures later, also the ATC idea, and art journal idea. I love them all.
I am going to my first crop on the 16th! Its over night, I am bringing everything! (Good thing I dont have very much stuff right!?)
Oh also, go over to page maps and print out some Card maps and layout and tag maps, i love them they ALWAYS help me... Also, print off some challenges! That is what I am going to do... I dont think i will be able to bring my printer and stuff, so i think I will just look at the pictures that I want to use, I am bringing my laptop, and design around the idea.
Or... quickly print off a sheet of a BUNCH (just the little thumbnails) of pictures you think you MAY want to scrap! That way you can match color and stuff, if you're into that sort of thing!

Kits. If you don't have any, throw some together like tara suggested. You can always add pics later. :D

I'd love to help.... but I'm the WORST at efficient packing! Just went to a crop last Saturday and was stuffing things in every niche of my bag. Have a great time!
I would say, if you're a card maker, work on a stash of b-day cards for future occasions, or work on Christmas cards...
Enjoy your day... it's all about talking, eating and drinking yummy Starbucks stuff anyway, right? :-)

Don't suppose you have a polaroid camera?
You could take photos and scrap the crop!
