I have been thinking about it, probably only because it's so darn hot here in Texas and I'm wishing for cooler days. I've started some cross stitch project that will be Christmas presents and I have started making a list of presents I would like to get people. I'm waiting to see the new Christmas lines from CHA before I start thinking about Christmas Cards.

I bought the kids some Christmas stuff after it went on sale last year and have to REMEMEMBER I BOUGHT IT AND HID IT! That it the trick, the remembering! I also bought Roller Blades for $12 at Walmart a few weeks ago and thought my oldest would love that for Xmas! I haven't made any Xmas of Turkey Day goodies yet but did make a Halloween banner in my gallery! I <3 Halloween the MOST! And had fun with the new Spellbound line I bought Monday!!!! I highly recommend running out and grabbing it!!!!

Well, today in Hobby Lobby it was weird, they had all the Halloween, Thanksgiving and CHRISTMAS stuff, I did not know which way to look.
Lots of pretty fall and thanksgiving stuff, but all made in China, and I do my best to buy American. Yeah Right, almost impossible.

I have been thinking about what I am going to make for the kids Halloween costumes and the upcoming holiday parties. I can't wait to make the invites. Christmas...oh gosh, haven't even thought about that! lol

we're also having adam's work christmas party at our house, so i'll randomly think of an idea for it.

I have started to gather together my Christmas craft supplies and started to dream of the way I want to decorate my packages. I even bought Christmas stamps in the last few days to create Christmas cards. Yep, for some reason, I am ready to think about it. This is not the norm for me.

I haven't started yet, but I have pulled out all of my card makin' stuff for X-mas cards. I have to get started early because come Nov/Dec, I am going to be the size of an elephant, and i am not so sure I will be able to sit and my scrap table comfortably!!!

Haven't started yet but really need to. I have grand delusions every year about sending out hand-made cards & never get more than a few finished. This year I've already downloaded a bunch of vintage holiday postcards & organized by holiday scrapbook paper. Maybe this will be my year, if I start earlier. :)

I'm thinking October sounds great for a Christmas card workshop. I should put it on the calendar.

Amy- Those ornaments are cute!

Last year, last minute, I thought the kids and I would make ornaments for the tree...we never quite finished them. :(

I itch to do something once the stores start getting stuff in!

Yes. I finally put away the Christmas wrapping paper from last year. But at least I don't leave my Christmas lights up all year!!!

Yepp, I started Christmas shopping last month. I hate stressing out about all these.

Also, i have joined Card Swap Club in a LSS here for Sept, Oct, and Nov. I can't wait to work on Holiday cards.

amy- love those ornaments!

i did start kinda working on an album that i never finished last year.
hoping to finish it soon, so i can use it this time!

last year i was very impressed with how much decor type stuff i made.
this year- i'm thinking i may try cards, just cause we don't send them to very many people :)
