if i'm talking about what i think you're talking about, yes. it's paint or ink on bubble wrap. like this?

i love that technique. this is what a craft nerd i am;

when i was teaching preschool i read the kids that rainbow fish book and we finger painted on bubble wrap and then "stamped" it on to fish shapes and then i used a hole punch to cut out one tin foil scale like the shiny scales in the book. add a googley eye and it's totally adorable.

yup, total nerd!

so not a nerd! we did bubble wrap painting at my son's preschool, and also marble painting - that is super fun too!
