is totally up.
Here is the catwalk
This week I chose Mellymel's because:
1) I loved the way she used the leftover excess from her label stickers
2) The colors make me happy
3) I loved the way the title is done- very visually pleasing
4) the "girl put your records on"- I love how the tabs overlap. And I just generally thought the phrase was fun for the page
5) I think it's a solid page design, I kept wanting to look at it, go back to it. I think half circles are a difficult design element to work with and she did it well
6) I liked the overlap of the stickers on top of the sticker outline
so basically I thought it was a really great page ;) I came back to it all week and it made me want to scrap the topic :)

"hustle" a layout by dinawakley
1. I love the colors - REALLY love the colors :)
2. the photo is amazing with all the blur of the
people, really creates that sense of HUSTLE
3. The journaling is great.
4. I love the star with the ribbon
5. and did I mention I love the colors??

i chose beth johnson's happy mini album
i'm in love w/ this little mini...
such a great idea & i can't wait to start my own little happy album
i mean seriously...what an awesome concept!
and beth chose such fun colors & lots of yummy texture for this too..
(mmmmm...felt letters & flowers :)
and i really dig her combo of pattern papers
and the circular shape of the album
and the little bits of bright ribbon
and the little rhinestones are just the perfect touch
and i love how she used the epoxy stickers as little charms...
just a totally cool idea.
just looking at this mini makes me happy :)

I chose Blink by dorisSander because:
1. She ROCKED the collection
2. That picture is adorable
3. I love the colors
4. I love the hand journaling with lots of story
5. The design is off the hook.
Okay...I could go on, but then I might get fired from my job. All in all, she ROCKS!

first off.........um OMG!!! This is seriously one of the COOLEST clear layouts I have EVA seen!!!!!!
Okay, I loved the colors in this layout so much, and as always.......gotta love that funky photo.

I love the journaling on the photos.
It is a very happy layout :)
I love all the flowers!

I picked 'photosession' by Ania. Her colors and unique idea with the clear pocket just made me happy when I first saw her page.
But all those little pics in strips made me happy too! And the paint and the title chipboard letters...well, yeah. I guess it ALL just worked for me!
And can I add again...choosing the Catwalk LO is the toughest part of being a Fashionista here at SIStv. SO much talent in the galleries here! I'm so inspired by the SISters!!

I selected Little Friend by Snickerdoodle.
I really liked the lines of this layout--so clean and straight and not competing with the photo! : ) Plus, I totally dig the way she used the eyelets to create the circle which draws your eye to the picture too.
Love the hand-journaling.
Love the close-up photo.
Love that she used older supplies (like eyelets) in a fun way.
Love it!

I chose THIS PIECE OF FABULOUSNESS because this picture speaks VOLUMES to me...
Three drinks...something you see all the time...but it documents WHAT you drank...it documents that there was just THREE at the time....that little cup with a straw and a lid will soon be replaced with a big glass...I just love it.
Completely inspiring.

This week I chose this cool layout by AnnKelli. I loved the way Ann used a white background which is very current, and the cool colorful rubons and embellishments around the photo. Plus the photo was just so dang cute! Nice work, Annie!
