i'm glad that it will actually be something i can replicate..

seriously, easy easy peasy - roll up the paper from the outside and then you are done put it on the table, it unrolls itself a bit and sits on the center piece of the spiral. shocking acutally.

Wow those roses are turning out really well! I may need to try them! Has anyone ever bought one of the Martha Stewart paper flower kits? I think there are some at PaperSource as well. They always are tempting but sort of expensive.

I love old vintage music paper and cards. am using the first pretty much but still have to scan in the images of the cards and use them, but I will soooon! I love paint. I really like old stuff and mixing it with new stuff, gives it a cool look I think :)

your welcome!

It's fun to look for old magazines and catalogs at thrift stores. When I was single and poor I bought an old knitting book from the 60s with all these photos of people posed in sweaters and framed the photos for our living room decor. I called them "the sweater people." Haha.

I love the vintage music paper as well - I saw an old typewriter at the antique store around the corner from my house and I was so tempted but no place to put it. =(

I have one that I picked up from a gargage sale but I still haven't used it yet. I will have to get on that.

I was at an antique store a couple weeks ago and bought a printer's drawer/tray. I am planning on putting photos in it and hanging it like the one Ali Edwards did.

I used to buy a lot of random dishes and things to put candles in. I found lots of cool stuff. Also I would buy photo frames at thrift stores that I could alter.

I love candles. 'Cept I forget to blow them out when I'm done so it freaks me out that one day I'll burn my house down.

I would love to buy lots of stuff at thriftstores other than what I can use for scrapbooking but DH is not at all pleased if I come home with junk as he will call it, so I am not going that often hehe

i bought one of those a while ago..it's not done, but i've hung it up anyway..
it looks so cool. i'm so so happy with it.
it is a lot harder to find picture that don't look odd in those little spaces than i thought it would be though
