OK. Over the last 2 years I have lost over 89 pounds. I want to create a scrapbook showing my weight loss journey. I am looking for any ideas, where I could find templates for this, or where I could find special paper or embelishments I could use. Really, any advice, ideas, or help you could give would be GREATLY appreciated.

First - CONGRATS on such a big accomplishment! You should be so proud of yourself!

Here's a website I found that has a few good weight loss/inspirational quotes:
URL.

Also, I think you could use any paper you want. Find something you like, and just build your page around that. Check out the SIS boutique - there are some cute, bright-colored papers on sale right now, I believe.

Wow...GOOD FOR YOU!! I don't know about templates or such, but if you like stickers Jolee's makes the cutest gym and workout ones :o)

Andif you are not into stickers...what about using subtle shapes. For instance, you can start the book off with wide patterns of stripes and as you go, then make the patterns thinner ( ie - 4 inch stips at first, down to half inch strips) It will create a subconscience theme of thinny thin!

Same with circles...you start with rounder shapes for the obvious reason and work your way into thin strips!

I am working on losing weight as well so I hope you post your book so I can glom some ideas off of you!
