she's pretty open about anything and everything on her blog, so this was tough for me!!
(love that about her!!)
what was the most fun idea you or a client has come up with?
what is your secret to making all those outside photos so great?! i get face shadows a LOT!!

I think she is too dang awesome! I love her work and love reading her blog. She seems so open and honest when she writes about her family and being a mom...love that, it reminds me that we are more alike as women/mothers than we are different. And man-o-man, she has an infectious smile...very photogenic:)

miss wren:
mckenna was the name of a little girl i loved at a pre school i worked at when i was pregnant.
drew and nate were boy names i always loved-i thought they seemed like such cool boys. drew and nate whitney just sound cool right?
and anna was just another one that i loved. jeff was terribly against it but i steam rolled him.
susieO-NOOOOOOO never.
gloria-i think im too open sometimes-gets me in trouble. :) but like runrae said, it makes women/mothers closer to share the truths of our lives. no reason to hide when you are doing the best job you can. :)
the most fun idea.........i feel like i have fun at every session-but one that comes to mind immediately is the session thats my blog banner right now-dressed up momma at a carnival. it was SO fun!
runrae-how much do i owe you for that smile comment? thank you-so sweet. and TOTALLY-bring it on. beer and burger. :)

first of all i just realized i have that same t-shirt that you're wearing in your avatar, lol
second, i love love LOVE your photography!
i am forever getting lost in your website, your photos are such a breath of fresh air compared to most of the "posed" family portraits out there :)

cheri-ive been into photography all my life. could finally afford a good camera about 7 years ago. took some classes and was officially hooked at that point. :)
nadine-i use the canon 5d and i love all of my lenses like babies....hahha
