Thoughtful, random and embracing. I really don’t believe you can make a mistake when you scrap. I feel that each design is an extension of me and how can that be a mistake?….Its what I feel in paper, colour , words and sometimes photographs. I am not a scrapper of birthdays and weddings. This is my life and it needs to be on paper, just the silliest things that one day one of my grandchildren will read. The thought of that makes my heart float!

I am alone and wanting to celebrate or document something in my head. Something I cant talk about, I cant express to another human being…..I can only do that in paper and paint.

I am a Jenni Bowlin, Sassafras lass and Hambly addict.I am a fan of something different, vintage prints and patterns. Old fabrics and labels. That’s the magic of scrapping you use each style to express…to give an impression of your thoughts.

Chocolate and Cola….so bad for my bottom but no one makes chocolate like Cadbury and a soda like Coca Cola….with ice and lemon juice aaaaahhhh

Love. I truly believe I am here to pass love on through the generations that follow me. I don’t hate anyone, I love all I see and experience. It makes for a difficult life but I am passionate about the feeling you get when YOU love someone else…wow!!!

Ummm that changes daily but I am drawn to “moody” colours…aqua….bright pink and duck egg blue …

Oh I am so into Lucky Jim at the moment but I am a true 40’s / 50’s music freek. Anything by Sinatra or nat king cole….I just love that time….

Would it be horrid of me if I said I don’t watch them! I find them so sad, I hate to see people laughing at others and to be very honest my life often resembles some crazy reality programme!!

To live in Toscana, in an isolated villa. To be surrounded by my memories and images of my past. To be forever spiritually in the company of my wonderful grandparents and to create, on paper all I feel, love and see. To write a book about how I got from that terrible place , where I once existed, to this…and to own a pink SMEG refrigerator!

Being on the sofa, in PJ’s with my little boy…..not thinking about what I need to do next or who needs something from me. Just cuddling and listening to him breathe….smelling his gorgeous curly hair and drowning in how much I really love him!
